2021年12月20日開始しました。入力する前に準備する物や入力方法を説明します！！
これを読むだけで入国審査の入力が出来るように作りましたので最後まで見て行って下さいね！^^
（注意）2021年12月20日時点で対応している空港は、成田空港、羽田空港、関西国際空港など一部の空港のみ申請できます。
1 準備するもの
- パスポートの番号
- メールアドレス
- 出発72時間以内に取得した新型コロナウイルスの検査証明書（2021年12月現在）
2 聞かれること
- 名前
- 日本到着日
- 利用航空機の会社名・便名・座席番号
- 国籍
- 日本到着後の宿泊施設の情報
- 日本出国予定日
- 電話番号
- 現住所
- 持ち込むもの
なお、持ち込むものは以下のものがないかの確認になります。ある場合、何かしらの対応が必要です。
銃や爆発物、麻薬、偽造品、わいせつ物、知的財産侵害物品、日本刀、ワシントン条約に関わる動植物、金で出来た物、免税範囲を超えた量の物、100万円を超える現金、1kgを超える貴金属
3 入国審査申請方法

言語が日本語の場合には、下のアカウント作成ボタンを押した後に左上のボタンを押すと言語選択画面が出ますのでそれで調整してください。

まずは、サイトで自分のアカウントを作成してください。メールアドレスを入力すると、初期のパスワードが書かれたメールが来ますので、それを入力して登録し、その後パスワードを変更します。
そのあと、再度ログインをして各種データを入力します。
記事を作成している2021年12月現在、世界で新型コロナウイルスが流行っているため、新型コロナウイルスに感染していないことの証明書を提示する必要があります。（必要なくなったら記事を更新する予定です。）
新型コロナの検査証明書は、日本で紙で渡す場合と、PDFのデータ形式で登録する方法の2種類があります。
その後、色々な情報を入力する画面が出るので、どんどん入力してください。聞かれる項目については、「2 聞かれること」でまとめましたのでそれを参考にしてください。なお、2個目の検疫質問票だけは別サイトになっています。（政府サイト）
ログイン後の初期画面下の入国審査、税関と書かれたものについては上から４つの内容を入力した段階で押せるようになります。
押すと、QRコード生成画面が出ますので、それを日本入国の際に出せば完了です。
入国審査後は、「welcome suica」を作ることをおすすめします。小銭を用意せずに旅行出来るので、非常におすすめです！詳細はこちらから。
