日本の首都、東京の都心部に最も近い空港は、この羽田空港になります。成田空港のみ就航している航空会社は多いですが、もし羽田空港にも行くことが出来るならば、羽田空港を使って来ることをおすすめします。
オススメする理由
成田空港第一ターミナル駅から上野駅（山手線）までは、最短で48分程度かかります。それも2150円程度出してその時間であり、通常は一時間半程度の時間がかかります。人も多く、電車の席に座れません。そのため、体力を大きく削られます。
一方羽田空港は、羽田空港国際線ターミナルから品川駅（山手線）まで13分で到着することが出来る。値段も410円である。これらから、羽田空港の利便性を感じると思います。
成田空港はとても広く、自分の使う航空会社によって第1ターミナルなのか第2ターミナルなのかが異なる。また、駅からのルートも分かりにくい。一方羽田空港は、国際線と国内線のターミナルが分かれており、分かりやすい。空港自体が小規模のため、迷子になることがほとんどない。羽田空港は比較的新しい空港なので、案内表示や道順などが分かりやすいように作られている。
成田空港の近くには成田山（他ページ参照）など楽しむスポットは存在するものの、少し遠かったりして気軽に行ける場所はない。一方羽田空港には、「江戸小路」と呼ばれるテーマパークがある。ここでは京都の茶菓子屋を体験できるお店があったり、日本の建造物に使用される工法で作った建物がある。日本の昔からの雰囲気を味わえるよう、色々な施しがしてある。国際線の出発ロビーの一つ上の階にあるため、ふらっと立ち寄るには最高の立地である。勿論日本ならではのお土産も買うことが出来る。
都心やホテルとのアクセス手段
羽田空港に到着してから都心部やホテルに出るまでの流れを説明する。到着ロビーから、徒歩三分以内に各種交通機関にアクセスできるようになっている。（電車二種類、バス、タクシー）
バスは、以下の二社がある。大体のエリアに行くことができるため、まずはこの中から検討してみると良いと思いですよ！どちらのバス会社もオンラインで予約できます。
二つの路線があります。行き先によって選択するといいです。どちらの乗り場も到着ロビーからすぐ見える場所にあり、迷いません。
日本のタクシーはぼったくりなどは全くないが、そもそも金額が高いため、おすすめしません。ホテルに直行はさたい場合や荷物を預けて行動したい場合であれば良いと思います。タクシー乗り場も割と分かりやすいです。
